As an intelligence analyst, I will serve my community and my nation with honor and integrity; protect the constitutional rights of all to liberty, equity, equality, and privacy; speak truth to power; and uphold the principles of ethics of my chosen profession.
My duty is to seek the truth and objectively analyze information to produce intelligence that is accurate, timely, and actionable. I will hone my craft continuously, understanding that mastery is not a final goal but a persistent state of learning.
I will selflessly dedicate myself to the safety and security of our Nation and all those within its borders. I bear responsibility for protecting intelligence sources and methods from disclosure or exposure, and, as a public servant, I will protect the resources with which I am entrusted from misuse or abuse.
I recognize that my conduct reflects on my organization and my profession and I reject prejudice and bias toward others regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, or ancestry; religious or spiritual beliefs; sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation; disability; or political beliefs.
I will report wrongdoing expeditiously and will not tolerate violations of privacy, civil rights, civil liberties, or human rights. I am accountable to myself, my organization, my profession, and the American people.
